From Marion, Indiana — Father, Man of God, and lifelong student of the game.David Buchannon played collegiate basketball at both the Division I and II levels (FAMU & Morehouse College). For over a decade, he’s dedicated his life to player development, helping athletes reach their potential through faith, discipline, and skill mastery.As the owner of I Got Game Player Development, David blends spiritual guidance with advanced training methodology, shaping athletes who are not only skilled but grounded.

Training Philosophy

With over 10+ years of experience, Footwork and balance are my two main staples.
Whether it’s scoring, creating, or ball handling — footwork is the foundation of it all. Balance and IQ complete the equation. My mission is simple: teach players to build strong foundations, not shortcuts.
